inPresence is looking for a new team member!

Administrative Assistant

Hourly part-time position; a good-fit candidate will be made full-time if they are interested. Approximately 20 hours per week, regular schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities
Present computer and component merchandise to customers
Upsell purchases with related or complimentary merchandise
Take in customer equipment for AC repair/upgrading
Recommend future upgrades that customer will need later
answer phone
update website prices/stock
notify management of low stock
Generate reports

Qualifications
high school diploma (some college experience preferred)
some office work experience required
Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent)
written communication skills (with samples)
ability to close sales
strong knowledge of computer use and components
trustworthy with customer equipment and company cash
outspoken in possible office improvements
